Most riders prepare the bike for a track day and forget the head. HanderAya is the head part. It puts a real MotoGP circuit on your phone. It talks you through every corner and paces your breathing while you ride the lap in your mind.

How it works

  1. Choose a circuit. Each one is mapped turn by turn.
  2. Set the length: one to ten laps, from a five-minute reset to a thirty-minute session.
  3. Pick a breathing pattern: box breathing (4-4-4-4), 4-7-8, or natural breathing.
  4. Follow the narrated lap and the breathing circle. Your phone can buzz in time with the breathing.

When riders use it

  • Learning a new circuit. Know the order of the corners before your first sighting lap.
  • Before a session. Settle the nerves in the pit box instead of scrolling your phone.
  • After a crash or a scare. Go back to that one corner and ride it calmly in your head, again and again, before you ride it for real.

HanderAya FAQ

How does a HanderAya session work?

You pick a circuit, set the number of laps and a breathing pattern, then follow a narrated lap. Every turn is called out while an animated circle sets the pace of your breathing.

Which circuits are in HanderAya?

More than ten MotoGP circuits, including TT Circuit Assen, Sachsenring, Silverstone, Catalunya and the Circuit of the Americas. New circuits are added over time.

Is it only for racers?

No. It is for anyone who gets nervous before a track day, from a first-timer to a club racer. Instructors use the same idea when they walk students through a lap before they ride it.

Do I need to pay?

There is a free plan with one circuit and two laps per session. A paid plan unlocks every circuit and unlimited laps.

Can I install it on my phone?

Yes. HanderAya runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen, where it behaves like a normal app. No app store needed.

HanderAya is built by the team behind PitPin. When our articles mention it, it is because the topic fits, and we always say it is ours.
